Founded in 1952, Visiting Nurse Association Health Services, also known as Visiting Nurse Association & Blue Water Hospice, is a non-profit home health and hospice organization that provides high quality, cost-effective care to patients and families coping with acute, chronic and terminal health care issues in St. Clair, southern Sanilac, eastern Lapeer, and northern Macomb counties.

Visiting Nurse Association & Blue Water Hospice provides a number of specialized services within our divisions: Home Health (skilled home care), Private Duty (personal, respite care, and medication set-up), In-home Hospice Care (skilled hospice care), Blue Water Hospice Home (in-patient home-like facility).
