As a non-profit organization, we provide quality care through our three divisions – In-home Health Care, Private Duty, and Hospice Care (in-home/facility or at our Blue Water Hospice Home) to people in St. Clair, southern Sanilac, northern Macomb, and eastern Lapeer counties.
