The VNA & Blue Water Hospice staff ask that you bring a framed photo of your loved one to be displayed throughout the service. Your loved one’s name will be read, and at that time you are invited to light a candle in their memory. Friends and family are welcome to attend as well. Please be sure to have all attendees RSVP by October 30.
