A Quilt of Valor is presented to any soldier or veteran from any branch of the military. It is to show our support and gratitude for their sacrifice to their country. At VNA & Blue Water Hospice, we strive to recognize any veteran that comes under our care. This presentation was unique because it was for a staff member.

Steve McMahan is a US Army veteran in addition to being a VNA & Blue Water Hospice employee. Steve is a physical therapist and occupational therapist in the Home Health division. We appreciate his dedication to his country and patients. We regularly receive notes of gratitude from patients highlighting the care they received from Steve.
