Carol assists patients and families as a community liaison and an LPN on the Home Healthcare Team. She says, “I know this is my life’s purpose; helping them come to terms with their end-of-life diagnosis.” She is an asset by relieving the stress that comes with such a diagnosis, not just for the patient, but their family, too. She assesses the case, listens to their concerns, and determines how the agency can help. Most recently Carol transitioned to an LPN role in the Home Health Care division, assisting patients to their maximum level of health and independence.
