VNA & Blue Water Hospice leadership honors staff & volunteers quarterly through the ‘Shining Star’ program, recognizing the extras they do for each other, their patients, and the community.

Jennica is a registered nurse and the Home Health Quality Coordinator at VNABWH. She has been with the agency since 2016. Jennica says she works at VNABWH because of the flexibility and staff. She says “It’s a great feeling to come to work and know I have friends there. It’s also a wonderful feeling to have the support from leadership to put my family first when I need to.”

She is respected by her colleagues and takes pride in her role to ensure patients are receiving great quality care while maintaining compliance. She pulled together with the team during a critical time to do what it took and stepped up to do more than what was expected. Jennica continues to make a difference daily in the care provided to the patients we serve.”
