VNA & Blue Water Hospice leadership honors staff & volunteers quarterly through the ‘Shining Star’ program, recognizing the extras they do for each other, their patients, and the community.

Kimbereley is a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the Private Duty Home Care division. She has been with VNA & Blue Water Hospice since 2013. When asked why she continues to work at VNABWH, she said “I work here because of our commitment to our clients, our community, and to each other as a team”.

Lori recognized Kimbereley as a Shining Star! 

“Kim is a contingent CNA with Private Duty, handling a large majority of our clients “down river”. Recently, she has taken additional shifts to assist clients. She participates in staff meetings and has agreed to present demonstrations of different techniques to use during care. Kim is always positive and loves her clients. She is a great asset to the Private Duty division.”
