As the head of Human Resources, Steve is tasked with being the voice and advocate of the employees. A position he doesn’t take lightly. He says, “I love to help people, whether it be recruiting and selecting talent to orientation or maintaining health and benefit plans.”
Prior to coming to VNA, Steve was Director of Operations for a large organization. Upon hearing of VNA, and learning his beliefs were in direct alignment with the agency’s vision, mission, and focus, he knew he needed to be a part of it. “My wife is a registered nurse, so I’ve always had a special place in my heart for supporting nurses and health staff because of the work they do” he says.
