VNA & Blue Water Hospice offers support groups to help those dealing with the loss of a loved one. Our groups are for those experiencing a recent loss; widows/widowers; or specifically for men. Partially funded by St. Clair County Senior Citizens Millage

St. Clair County Senior Resource Guide
The St. Clair County Senior Resource Guide was designed to help you find the information and resources you need. This resource guide was made possible through the Senior Outreach Services (SOS) workgroup. This group of dedicated professionals has been collaborating since 2001 to improve the lives of seniors within St. Clair County by sharing information and resources.
Medicaid Room & Board Grant – State of Michigan
This grant, as funds are available, pays 100% of an eligible patient’s room and board. The patient’s primary health insurance is billed for provided hospice services. Download the letter for more information.
